Updates on partner agreements

Collaboration – Dryden Aqua

Bergen, Norway – 30th September 2021: M Vest Water (MVW) and Dryden Aqua (Dryden) signed a Business Distribution agreement with the following key elements:

  1. MVW is assigned as Distributor in the territory of Norway for the AFM® product (Activated Filter Media) in all water treatment applications.
  2. MVW is also appointed as a Distributor of AFM® globally in all water treatment markets when AFM® is an integrated filter media in MVW proprietary Norwapol filter process/equipment.

The two companies’ combined technology, products and solutions have been very well received and have been requested by clients in different industries and are currently being implemented in several of our ongoing projects.

LOI – NOS Chemicals

Bergen, Norway – 13th June 2021: M Vest Water (MVW) and NOS Chemicals (NOSC) signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with the intention to distribute MVW products through NOSC established network of clients, as well as new clients.

The parties have agreed to extend the LOI period, as several interesting development projects have been identified and testing for 1st and 2nd phase verification is planned for Q1 and Q2 2022.

LOI – Nijhuis Saur Industries

Bergen, Norway – 18th August 2021: M Vest Water (MVW) and Nijhuis Saur Industries (NSI) signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with the intention to distribute MVW products to NSI’s existing and new clients.

Initial testing from different selected industrial segments shows very satisfying results. These verifications were agreed to be first step of the cooperation between NSI and MVW, and it has been performed at NSI’s lab facilities in the Netherlands. Next steps are pilot- and full-scale verifications in wastewater treatment for the Food Processing- and Oil and Gas markets. In addition, MVW is now offering solutions combining both parties’ technologies into several projects in Aquaculture Industry and at major slop water treatment facilities in the Oil & Gas Industry. The parties agree that the cooperation has great potential and have agreed to extend the LOI period.

LOI – Downstream Marine

Bergen, Norway – 4th November 2021: M Vest Water AS (MVW) and Downstream Marine AS (DM) signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) for collaboration on water treatment services to the Aquaculture Industry.

Extensive lab testing of wastewater from salmon slaughterhouses have documented that NorwaFloc® and NorwaPol used to remove organic pollutants from wastewater can solve the challenge this industry faces with new and far more stringent and extensive discharge regulations in the EU. Next step is full-scale verification in Q1 at a large salmon slaughterhouse.

Ongoing projects – general update

Reference is made to the Operational Update of November 2021. Our project portfolio is growing steadily, and the progression of our planned market penetration in Europe through systematic product verification is on schedule and according to our expectations. M Vest Water continues our strong focus on delivering our products and services to the highest standards through thorough testing and verification processes and solid partnerships.
